Good morning everyone!
This week has been a fun but very busy one for me. I feel like I have been on the crazy train with all that I have had going on!
I had my Stamp-A-Stack class 4 times over 2 days. I like to keep everyone happy so I added extra time slots, lots of work but oh so worth it as I do love my customers and it’s super important to me to be as accommodating as possible!!
Yesterday was a crazy day of trying to squeeze everything in that I didn’t get done earlier in the week as had to get packed. I am doing my blog post right now from the vehicle as I’m on my way south with my hubby. I am not sure how much blogging I will get done next week. We are meeting my MIL at her place in Florida to help clean it up and go through personal effects as she is selling it. It will be a bittersweet week as we say goodbye to the Florida place, we spent so many wonderful family holidays there when our children were young. Damon was 11 months old our first trip down and he just turned 26, so it has been a long time that we have had the pleasure of staying there. Goodbyes are always so hard….
Anyway, enough of my blabbing on, you came here to see a card.
This is one of the card my lovely ladies created at class this week. It is a CASE from Erica Cerwin. I had watched one of her videos where she made a cute box and this was the way she decorated the top of it, I just turned it into a card. Thanks Erica, your design is so super cute and my ladies loved it!!
My base is Night of Navy, followed by a layer of Peekaboo Peach and finally a layer of the Awesome SAB DSP Carried Away. My circle on top is Stitched Shapes Framelits (oh how I love these!!) in Peekaboo Peach. My shirt and tie is stamped in Night of Navy and die cut using the Custom Tee bundle from the Occasions Catalogue. I coloured in the tie with my markers. I think it is such a fun guys card!!!
Thanks so much for stopping by, I really appreciate it!
Hugs,
Marcy
