Hi everyone!
Today I have an adorable baby card to share with you that uses the Sweet Peas stamp set as well as the Cutest Onesie for the sentiment on the inside.
I recently had a baby shower to attend, I knew right away what set I wanted to use!
I just had to make a finger knit baby blanket to go with the card, and I am happy to say that the mom to be loved the card and blanket!
Here are the measurements for my card:
- Peach Pie cardstock card base – 4-1/4″ x 6-3/4, scored at 1-1/4″ on the long side
- Peach Pie cardstock – 1-1/4″ x 4-1/4″, 2-5/8″ x 2-7/8″ (2 of these)
- Basic White cardstock – 1-1/8″ x4-1/8″ (2 of these), 2-1/2″ x 2-3/4″, 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″
- Thick Basic White cardstock – a piece to stamp the cute baby pea, colour and fussy cut
- Window Sheets – 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″
- Full Of Life 6″ x 6″ DSP – 1″ x 4-1/4″ – 2 of these
- I used some Iridescent 1/2″ Striped Trim behind my image layer
- I used 3 of the orange/yellowish rounds from the Opal Rounds Assortment
- My pea and leaves are coloured with the following Stampin’ Blends – Granny Apple Green, Lemon Lime Twist
- My leaves under the baby pea image are heat embossed with white embossing powder, after colouring them in, I used a Blending Brush and Coastal Cabana ink to softly colour the piece of cardstock
- My pea baby and the leaves on the inside cardstock are stamped with Basic gray ink
- I stamped and coloured a baby pea on the envelope
