Book Fold Explosion Card – Global Stampin’ Video Hop

Hi Friends!

Today I am here with the Global Stampin’ Video Hop and this month our theme is Leaves

My card was inspired by my friend Glenda Mollett, she presented this fun fold at a recent demonstrator event I was a part of, thanks Glenda for this fun fold!

The first card I created was for my husband’s birthday, I changed it up a little for the video

I think this card is so fun, I will definitely be making many more!

Here are the measurements for my card:

• Early Espresso cardstock card base – 4-1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5-1/2″ & 6-1/2″ on the 11″ side
• Early Espresso cardstock – a piece to die cut a 3″ circle frame using the Stylish Shapes Dies
• Gathering Together 12″ x 12″ Specialty DSP – 4″ x 4-1/4″, 3/4″ x 4″, 6″ x 6″, plus a piece with the leaves to fussy cut out for the card front
• Very Vanilla cardstock – 2-5/8″ x 2-5/8″ (2 of these for the inside)
• Early Espresso Linen Thread from the Early Espresso & Old Olive Linen Thread Pack
• Cajun Craze & Gold Dots
• Birthday Celebration Dies – husbands card
• Gold Foil – husbands card
• Gathering Moments & Branching Out stamp sets
• Early Espresso, Cajun Craze & Crushed Curry ink pads
