Festive Friends Fun Fold Card

Hi Friends!

Today I am sharing an easy fun fold card, I am not sure what it is called, gatefold maybe?

I love the adorable images & dies in this bundle! My sentiments come from the Wishing You Joy stamp set, who says you have to use the sentiments that come with a particular stamp set, mix it up to get the look and feel you want with your cards!

I had originally created a different card with this layout way back in August for a swap I had signed up for with so demonstrator friends, below is the original card I created with a different image

Isn’t this elf just so cute, I sure think so!

Here are the measurements for my card:

• Thick Basic White cardstock card base – 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, scored at 4-1/4″ on the long side – cut down on the score line to 2-3/4″ using your paper trimmer, rotate the card base in your trimmer and on the front panel move to 2-3/4″ on the trimmer and cut to meet the other cut line, this creates the gate. Use the discard piece to die cut your label
• Thick Basic White cardstock – a piece to stamp the image and cut out using the coordinating die
• Old Olive Two Toned Cardstock / Shaded Spruce Two Toned cardstock – 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″, 2-2-5/8″ x 4-1/8″
• Elegant Pine Snowflakes DSP – 2-1/2″ x 4″
• Basic White cardstock – 4″ x 5-1/4″
• All Season Velvet Specialty Paper – I used the white paper and a blending brush with Balmy Blue ink to create my die cut snowflake, the shaded spruce paper to die cut the tree
• Balmy Blue Sheer Ribbon
• Balmy Blue ink, Memento Tuxedo Black ink
• Clear Wink Of Stella
• Blends – Old Olive, Real Red, Timid Tiger, Bubble Bath, Pool Party (snowman), Shaded Spruce, Ivory, Timid Tiger, Bubble Bath, Pool Party, Secret Sea (elf)
