I am sharing another card I made using the adorable Bear Hugs bundle, this time I paired it with the Balloon Celebration bundle.
Just look at this girl, she is just so cute, I dare you not to smile when you look at her!!!
She has her pretty skirt on and a balloon just for you, she is so adorable!!
I did a watercolour wash on a piece of Shimmery White card stock for the background. Her balloon is stamped off in Rich Razzleberry then the little dots are full strength Rich Razzleberry, I then used my Wink of Stella Glitter Brush in Clear over the balloon to give it a pretty shimmer.
This card makes me smile, I hope it does the same for you!
