The theme this months hop is 3D gift giving.
Here are my two projects, a card and a gift box.
My card is created with the awesome Happy Birthday Gorgeous Bundle.
My card base is the great new Lemon Lime Twist In Color, although I am a pink girl, I really do LOVE this new colour!! It is cut to 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and is scored at 4-1/4″. My next layer is Basic Black and it is 5-3/8″ x 4 1/8″, then a layer of Whisper White and it is 5-1/4″ x 4″.
My layers on the left side of the card that have the stamped sentiment on it are as follows: Lemon Lime Twist on the bottom, this is cut to 2-1/8″ x 5-1/8″. my next layer is Basic Black and it is cut to 2-1/16″ x 5-1/16″. The top layer is Whisper White, it is cut to 1-15/16″ x 4-15/16″. I stamped the Party Time sentiment 8 times using the Lemon Lime Twist ink pad.
I die cut the Happy Birthday 2 times, once in Basic Black and then in Lemon Lime Twist. I off set them with the black in the back to give it a shadow effect.
I added some of the Glimmer Enamel Dots to add some sparkly bling, I do love my sparkly bling!!
My gift box is created with two pieces of 6″ x 6″ cardstock that are scored at 1″ on all four sides.
My base is Lemon Lime Twist and the top is Foil Frenzy Specialty Designer Series Paper.
