Hi everyone!
Today I am sharing some of the fun I had with my team and friends on April 7 at OnStage in London, Ontario!
I was so super excited to have 5 of my team members able to attend with me, 4 of them it was their very first time. I just had to get them a gift for attending!
How fun are these!! I searched all over for pink ones, man they are hard to find, lots of blue or black but not many pink. I bought the 4 they had at my local grocery store and 4 at the local Walmart. I had 5 girls registered and 2 on the Waiting List so I did all 8 bottles in the hopes that Connie and Chris would get the call and could join us. Sadly they didn’t, but we did meet for dinner after the day was over and I gave them their bottles then.
I came up with the logo, and really wanted a dragonfly to be tied into it as I love dragonflys. They represent transformation, change, clarity, joy, and wisdom to name a few. As a spirit animal they bring the light and colour of transformation into your life, they really speak to me and that is why I chose the image of a dragonfly to be part of my logo!
I sent the sketch and how I wanted them to look to my friend Heather Summers for her son Nathan to create to put on my team bottles. Nathan has his own company called 10 Tees, he started this business last year when he was 10 years old, pretty impressive for a 10 year old isn’t it! Here is Nathan’s info Nathan Summers www.facebook.com/10tees2007 10tees2007@gmail.com in case you want some fabulous personalized items created just for you!
I even had him put everyone’s name on the back of the bottles so there was no confusion. The girls were very surprised with my gift and love their new water bottles, thanks Heather and Nathan!!
There were 500 Stampin’ Up! demonstrators registered for the event in London, wowzers that’s a lot of demos in one place! There were over 8000 Demos gathered world wide at all the different locations for this one day event!
I was up second for my presentation, one of my sweet team members took a photo of me up on stage doing my presentation, I am so happy they thought to do that for me!! I presented the beautiful new stamp set Lilypad Lake and coordinating Lakeside Framelits. I can’t wait for you to be able to purchase this awesome set!
Once I was done I was able to relax and really have fun! A selfie with my sweet sister Carole (who was my very first recruit 2 years ago!!) to remember the fun day we had.
Now you just knew I was going to add a photo of my food in this post somewhere, ha-ha! This was the yummy lunch we were served. And just look at this yummy chocolate cupcake with the 30th anniversary image on it, so fun and yummy!!!!
In the afternoon I also got to go up on stage for a second time, this time was to walk across the stage to celebrate my advancing in title!
And just look at this day planner/journal we all got, mine is pink and I love it!!
