Hi everyone!
Today I am sharing a card using the fun Window Shopping stamp set that is retiring.
I paired the stamp set with the Petal Passion DSP, and the Balloon Bouquet punch to create this fun card.

Here are the details for my card;
Thick whisper White cardstock, cut to 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and scored at 4-1/4″
Old Olive cardstock, cut to 5-1/2″ x 1-5/8″
Petal Passion DSP (Designer Series Paper), cut to 5-1/2″ x 1-1/2″
Old Olive cardstock, die cut out using the largest Stitched Shapes Framelits
Whisper White cardstock, die cut out with a Layering Ovals Framelits
Old Olive cardstock, punched out with the Balloon Bouquet Punch. These 3 balloons are made sparkly with some Wink Of Stella Clear Glitter Brush. The middle on is popped up using a Dimensional.
I used some Basic Black Bakers Twine to create the strings and bow for my balloons.
A few Black Sequins from the Metallics Sequin Assortment under my sentiment that is stamped in Tuxedo Memento Black ink finishes the card off.
