Yesterday was my awesome hubby Brad’s birthday, so today I am sharing the cute card I created for him using the Boo To You stamp set.
Yes, I said I used the Boo To You stamp set for Brad’s birthday card, I got a little creative with the werewolf stamp, have a look and tell me what you think!
Isn’t she just so cute, as I am a blonde, I made my she-wolf blonde as well, and I even gave her diamond earrings!!
It is super hard to see as it is a white background, but I used the polka dot mask from the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks and my Frost White Shimmer Paint spritzer to give a subtle shine to the background. I also ran it through the Big Shot using my Subtle 3D Embossing Folder. I die cut out the birthday sentiment 3 times and spritzed it as well, I do love my sparkle!
Who says you can’t give a guy a birthday card with sparkle???
Here are some photos to show you how I turned the werewolf from a boy into a girl, it is so much easier than you think!
Ink up the stamp as normal using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
Using your Shammy (or rag), wipe away the ink in the areas you want to change, for this it was the shirt with the tummy showing and the pants and the inside of the legs
Fill in any areas that got wiped away that you still want included, like the button on the shirt
Stamp your image on Thick Whisper White cardstock
Take your Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker and draw in the areas that have been wiped away
I made the shirt go all the way across instead of going up a bit, and the pants into a skirt, turning my male werewolf into a she-wolf
After colouring her in with my Stampin’ Blends Markers, I took my Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker and gave her so long eyelashes, completing the transformation from male into female!
All of the products I used are listed below for easy shopping, thank you for shopping with me, I truly appreciate your business xo
*when adding my products list, I found I used a retired stamp set, yikes!!! you can use any Happy stamp you have for the background that she-wolf is popped up on. I am sorry for my mistake*
