Today I am saying goodbye to more items from the Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalogue
The Pedal To The Metal stamp set (can I just say how awesome I think the stamp set is!!) that can be found on page 50, the Coastal Weave 3D Embossing Folder (a fantastic embossing folder that I am shocked is leaving!!) that can be found on page 39, and the fun Country Club Twine Combo Pack that can be found on page 47. Yes I am very sad that these things are leaving the Stampin’ Up! family of products, sometimes I don’t understand why they choose certain items to retire….
When choosing colours for my motorcycle, I thought back to when I met my awesome hubby Brad, we were 18 years old and he raced Motocross. He raced in two categories, 125 cc and 250 cc, and his bikes were red Honda’s, so naturally I had to colour my bike red! I asked for his help in choosing colours for the rest of the bike as well as I wan’t sure what each part was supposed to be
I just love the way this turned out, a perfect card for those dirt bike loving people in your life!
Here is the video
Here are the measurements;
Crumb Cake card stock base – 4-1/4″ x 11″ and scored at 5-1/2″
Poppy Parade card stock – 3 pieces, 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″ for the card front, a piece large enough to die cut out a stitched square from the Stitched Shapes Dies, and a scrap to layer under the sentiment
Crumb Cake card stock – 4″ x 5-1/4″, I used the Coastal Weave Embossing Folder on this layer, applying some Crumb Cake Ink to the one side of the folder to give it a bit more dimension and interest
Thick Whisper White card stock – a piece large enough to die cut out a square from the Layering Squares Dies
Whisper White card stock – 4′ x 5-1/4″ for the inside, plus a scrap to stamp the sentiment on
All of the items I used are listed below, if you like any of the products that are retiring, I suggest you get them sooner rather than later as things sell out quickly!
