Polished Pink Flower Card

Hi everyone!

Today I have a pretty flower card to share with you that is part of the Creating Kindness Blog Hop

This month our theme is plants and our guest designer is Vy Tran , she can be found here https://craftingdailydose.wixsite.com/

My favourite plant is flowers (no surprise there), so I pulled out a couple of the fabulous new stamp sets for the 2021 – 2022 Annual Catalogue and came up with this pretty card

My flowers are from the Quiet Meadow stamp set (this is also available as a Bundle) and the sentiment comes from Pansy Patch (also available as a bundle), both are so beautiful and fun to create with!

Here are the products and measurements;

Polished Pink cardstock base – 4-1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5-1/2″

So Saffron cardstock – 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″

Basic White cardstock – 3 pieces, first piece is 3-3/4″ x 5″, I stamped the splatter stamp on this layer (stamping off first) using So Saffron ink and then used the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder on it, one piece that measures 4″ x 5-1/4″ for the inside of the card, and a small piece to stamp and die cut the sentiment out using the Tasteful Labels Dies

Thick Basic White cardstock – 3-3/4″ x 5″, I stamped the flower on this layer, using a mask I created with a post it note, coloured them in using my Polished Pink and So Saffron Stampin’ Blends and then fussy cut them out to layer over top of the stamped and embossed layer

A piece of the Polished Pink Open Weave Ribbon and some Genial Gems finish my card off
