Today I have a fun alternative project for you from the Haunts & Harvest Paper Pumpkin Kit
This is my interpretation of the image that was included on the instructions in the September kit, I am not sure exactly how they created it as there were no instructions, so I just winged it
Isn’t he so cute!
Here he is in my hand so you can see the size of my adorable turkey
I think he would be adorable on your Thanksgiving table, don’t you?
Here are the extra supplies I used to create my turkey;
The eyes are created with the Hippo & Friends Dies and Basic White cardstock, I used the small Matte Black Dots at the bottom of each eye
I cut a triangle out of Pumpkin Pie cardstock for the beak, I used my bone folder to score the end so it would easily attach
The waddle is created from an offcut from the kit
The feathers are cut from 2 other treat containers, I used my Paper Snips to cut them to shape and then my Simply Scored to score them
Not shown is a small circle on the butt to cover the glued pieces, I wanted it to look tidy, I used Pumpkin Pie cardstock and my Layering Circle dies
I hope I have inspired you to create a few turkeys, and remember if you are a Paper Pumpkin Subscriber you can order the refill kits next week to get more of these adorable treat boxes to decorate and hand out!
Here is the photo from the previous post where I created the kit
