Today I have a fun alternative card for you that uses the Love, Santa Tag Kit. I know that it is not available right now as it sold out so quickly, fingers crossed it will be back in stock for those of you that did not get a chance to order it. The new Kits are not available in any publication, only Online, making them more desirable and exclusive it seems as every time one becomes available they seem to sell out in a couple days.
Today’s card is for those of you that were able to get the kit and inspire those of you that don’t have the kit to look at what you might have that would work with my layout
Isn’t he just so cute, I sure think so!
And these two embossing folders, I love them both so much!
Here are the measurements for my card;
Poppy Parade cardstock base – 4-1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5-1/2″
Night of Navy cardstock – 4″ x 5-1/4″
Basic White cardstock – one piece that measures 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ – this is to adhere the Snowy White and Poppy Parade cardstock to, plus a piece that measures 4″ x 5-1/4″ for the inside of the card
Snowy White Velvet Sheets – 3-1/4″ x 3-7/8″ – I used the snowflake folder from the Wintery 3D Embossing Folders on this layer
Poppy Parade cardstock – 2″ x 3-7/8″ – I used the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder on this layer
Gold 3/8″ Shimmer Ribbon – I wrapped a piece around the Poppy Parade and Snowy White layer and created a bow with another piece to adhere to it
My Santa is popped up off the card front using dimensionals
I stamped the Merry in Night of Navy ink and the Christmas in Poppy Parade ink on the inside layer of my card
