Hi everyone!
Today I have a pretty card to share with you that pairs the Eclectic Garden stamp set and the Butterfly & Flowers Layering Decorative Masks from the Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalogue along with one of the brand new In Colours (I am Canadian and we spell colour this way, not the America way – color) called Tahitian Tide. This colour is so pretty and makes me think of warm summer days and Caribbean waters
I used the Ink Refill to colour the Embossing Paste, having a darker swath run on a diagonal on the card front, I think it makes the image really pop!
Tahitian Tide is one of the fabulous new In Colours that you can’t get until May 3rd when the new Annaul Catalogue goes “Live” to everyone, as a Demonstrator I am able to get the In Colours and other select items a month before customers, it is one of the many perks! Here are the measurements for my card;
Tahitian Tide cardstock base – 4-1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5-1/2″
Petal Pink cardstock – 4″ x 5-1/4″, plus a strip to stamp the sentiment on (my sentiment is from the Ranunculus Romance stamp set from the Mini Catalogue)
Basic White cardstock – 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ (I used the embossing past on this layer), plus 4″ x 5-1/4″ for the inside of my card
Thick Basic White cardstock – a piece to die cut out the one Tailor Made Tags
My bird image is stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and coloured in with the following Blends – Petal Pink, Granny Apple Green, Crumb Cake and Pool Party
I added a silver bow using the Simply Elegant Trim and some Polished Dots, my favourite embellishments from the Mini Catalogue
A dot or two of the Tahitian Tide Ink Refill to the Embossing Paste creates the pretty Caribbean blue flowers (Butterfly &Flowers Layering Decorative Masks)
As always when we get new In Colours I offer an In Colour Club, this is a fun club where you get to collect In Colour products over a 5 month period, get free gifts from me and the opportunity to be the “Host” one month and collect the Host Rewards. In Colour Club 2022
Each month members (5 members per club) will receive the following;
One package of cardstock
One ink pad
One ink refill
One spool of 1/8″ Metallic Woven Ribbon
1/5 of a package of the In Colour 6″ x 6″ DSP
One Stampin’ Write Marker
Each month you will receive different In Colour products so that you will have all 5 by the end of the club
A hand made card from me in your colour of the month
One month you will be the Host of the club and earn the Host Rewards, month’s will be drawn at random unless you specify a month you would like to be Host
This is a 5 month commitment and the cost is $60 for Porch Pickup, priority postage will be added to my non local club members. Payment is due the last day of the month as I place the order on the 1st of each month, May – September
