Simply Zinnia Fun Fold Card

Hi Everyone!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend, mine was great, I played my first round of golf of the season, had my Zinnia class and celebrated a niece’s birthday, a fun filled weekend for sure!

Today I am sharing one of the cards from my class as it is such a great fun fold, it’s too good not to share with everyone!

I don’t remember where I saw this fun fold as it’s been a few years, it was called a “hot dog/hamburger fold”, such a funny name!

Here are the measurements for my card:

Gorgeous Grape cardstock card base – 4-1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5-1/2″ on the 11″ side. Make a tick mark at 1-1/4″above the 5-1/2″ score line on the left hand side, place this in the paper trimmer track and score from the top right corner down to the tick mark on the left hand side
Gorgeous Grape – 4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″
Basic White cardstock – 4-1/8″ x 4-1/8″, 1-1/8″ x 4-1/8″ (2 of these), 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″, a piece to die cut a label (the original in the photo is from the Thoughtful Expressions Dies that are no longer available), from the Deckled Rectangle Dies – I used a Blending Brush and Balmy Blue ink on the label
Thick Basic White cardstock – a piece to stamp , colour & die cut out the cluster of flowers with the coordinating die
Flowering Zinnias DSP – 4″ x 4″, 1″ x 4″ (2 of these), 1″ x 4-1/8″
My Zinnias are coloured with the following Stampin’ Blends – Granny Apple Green, Flirty Flamingo, Fresh Freesia
I added some Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels and a bow with white Baker’s Twine
