Logs
I may log payments made through PayPal in order to help resolve payment issues; this may happen in response to another users payment problem. All your order information you entered is recorded in the log, but once we have resolved any issues the log will be removed and such logging will be turned off. See Data Retention below as to what information about your order is retained.
My website is hosted on HostPapa.ca servers and as with any server, requests are recorded. In those logs, the information generally recorded is Date, Time, IP Address, User Agent (Browser, robot or other application that makes requests to the server), and resource requested (webpage, image, or other data stored on the website). When visitors leave comments on the site I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
