Hi everyone!
Have you noticed the Count My Blessings stamp set in the Holiday Catalogue, it is found on page 50.
I just love this stamp set and have used it for so many projects, I think it is a hidden gem in the Holiday Catalogue that really deserves a second look!!!
Today I sharing one of them with you.I have used the sentiments and the main flower so many times, but this was the first time I used the acorns and leaves.
I think this card would make a great masculine card, what do you think?
The base of my card is Crumb Cake, it measures 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ and is scored at 4-1/4″
Next is a layer of Fresh Fig and it is 4″ x 5-1/4″, followed by a layer of Crumb Cake that is 3-3/4″ x 5″, I ran this layer through the Big Shot with my Pinewood Planks 3D Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder. I have a piece of Coffee Break DSP that is cut to 1-1/2″ x 5″ adhered to this layer. This Designer Series Paper is part of the Buy 3 Get 1 Free Promotion that is still going on until the end of the month!!!
My image is stamped in Archival Black on a piece of Watercolour Paper that was die cut using the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies. I coloured in my image using my Aqua Painter and ink pads. I have a layer of Fresh Fig under this that I die cut out using one of the scalloped circles from my Layering Circles Framelits Dies.
I finished my card off with a piece of Jute Twine, I separated it so it would not be quite as thick on my card, it really gives it a different look when you pull it apart!
All the supplies I used today can be purchased in my Online Store.
Thanks so much for stopping by, I really appreciate it!
Hugs,
Marcy
