Hi everyone!
Today I have a soft and subtle coloured card for you using the pretty Hello Friend stamp set found on page 17 of the 2017-2018 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalouge.
I stamped everything off for my card, except the hello sentiment. I stamped that is full strength Powder Pink ink and then quickly used some Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder and then heat set it. I fussy cut it out and glued it to the scalloped oval.
I just love the soft subtle look stamping off gives my card.
Here are the dimensions for my card.
Powder Pink cardstock, cut to 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and scored at 4-1/4″
Sahara Sand cardstock, cut to 5-3/8″ x 4-1/8″
Whisper White cardstock, cut to 5-1/4″ x 4″
Whisper White die cut using the largest Stitched Shapes Oval, I used a sponge and some Sahara Sand ink to soften the white colour of the oval and the edges of the card front. I have a piece of Delicate White Doilies peaking out from under the oval.
My hello sentiment is stamped on a scrap piece of Whisper White, heat embossed and then fussy cut.
I wrapped some Linen Thread around the card front 3 times and then attached a double bow to the oval.
