Hi everyone!
Today’s card is part of the WWYS (What Will You Stamp) weekly challenge.
This weeks stamp set is Beautiful Day, it can be found on page 134 of the Annual Catalogue.
As you can see, I did not use either of the large images (butterfly & flower), instead I chose to highlight the sentiment and little cluster of flowers that are also part of this stamp set.
I chose to use two different pinks that I think look great together, Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink. I added 3 of the new Basic Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the card front to add a little bling, and you just know I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to use some Wink of Stella in the center of the flowers, it was crying out for me to give it a little sparkle!!!
Here are the measurements for my card;
Thick Whisper White cardstock, cut to 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″
Flirty Flamingo cardstock, cut to 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
Whisper White cardstock, cut to 5 1/4″ x 4″
Piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock that measures 1″ x 3 1/2″
Piece of Whisper White cardstock that measures 7/8″ x 3 3/8″, my sentiment is stamped on this in Petal Pink.
