Hi everyone!
Today I have a card to share with you that uses the retiring Life Is Grand stamp set from the Stampin’ Up! 2019 Occasions Catalogue, as well as the Dandelion Wishes stamp set from the Annual Catalogue (this stamp set is staying).
My background is a water colour wash using Flirty Flamingo and Calypso Coral on Shimmer White cardstock. I stamped the dandelion fluff images going across the card front in Calypso Coral so it would appear that they are floating across the card front
It is hard to see, but I added some Frost White Shimmer Paint splatter to the card front to give it that little extra sparkle.
Here are the measurements for my card;
Flirty Flamingo cardstock base, cut to 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″
Basic Black cardstock, cut to 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
Shimmery White cardstock, cut to 5 1/4″ x 4″
Flirty Flamingo cardstock, cut to 5 3/16″ x 2 7/16″, the bottom of this is die cut using the scallop border die from the Be Mine Stitched Dies from the 2019 Occasions Catalogue
Basic Black cardstock, cut to 5 3/16″ x 2 3/16″
Shimmery White cardstock, cut to 5 1/16″ x 2 1/16″
