Nine Lives – WWYS #224

Hi everyone!

Today I have a fun shaker card to share with you that uses the Nine Lives stamp set along with the Cat Punch

Isn’t this such a fun card, I love the little mice and fish that are part of this set, so I just had to stamp and then fussy cut them out to add to the shaker part of my card!

Here is a little tip (sorry it may be hard to see), when you are attaching a smaller piece of cardstock to a larger piece of cardstock, apply your adhesive (I love my Tombo Liquid Glue) to the larger piece as I have done here with little dots of glue around the cut circle, that way you do not get gluey fingers when placing the other piece on top of it

Here are the measurements for my card;

Sahara Sand cardstock base, 4 1/4″ x 11″ and scored at 5 1/2″

Follow Your Art DSP (Designer Series Paper), 2 strips cut to 2″ x 5 1/2″

Whisper White cardstock, 3 1/2″ x 5 1/2″

Sahara Sand cardstock, 3 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ – I embossed this layer with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder after I stamped the sentiment on it and die cut out the circle for the shaker part

Whisper White scrap to stamp the cat on and then punch out using the coordinating Cat Punch, as well as to stamp the mice and fish on to fussy cut out

Window Sheet, 3″ x 3″

Calypso Coral scrap large enough to die cut out the scalloped circle frame for the opening
